Shippping Costs: The majority of orders for the UK are subject to a one off charge of £9.49 (£8.08 excl. VAT) for postage and packing.   Some heavier items such as Fridge-Freezers, Washing Machines, Dishwashers etc will carry a Heavy Item Surcharge of an extra £40, these items will be clearly marked before going to checkout.  If, for any reason there is an unexpected surcharge on your delivery we will notify you and you are able to cancel the order if the surcharge is not acceptable with a full and complete refund of any monies paid. We cannot at the moment accept orders for outside of the UK because of the extremely high courier charges involved.

Delivery: During normal working hours (Mon to Fri 7.00am until 6.00pm) all orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. It is our goal to deliver all products within 5 days, however, in the unlikely event that we cannot, one of our customer service team will be in contact to advise the new delivery day.

If you have ordered an item which requires you to be present at the time of delivery, a member of our customer service team will be in contact to make the necessary arrangements.

Guarantee: Upon receipt of our delivery, please check the goods for any discrepancies or damage and report to our customer service team within 24 hours admin@insideoutdirect.co.uk. We offer a no quibble FOC (free of charge) replacement policy, on faulty goods caused by defective materials and manufacturing. This guarantee does not apply if the fault was caused by incorrect installation, misuse or neglect on the part of the customer or installer. Your statuary rights apply at all times.

Returns Policy: Goods may only be returned by prior arrangements and must be in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will always be required. In some instances a restocking charge will be applied to the returns amount. Please request a returns authorization number from our customer service team at admin@insideoutdirect.co.uk.

Any items ordered as "specials" will not be subject to any return.
